Rainy Day Procedure:
(Applies to Scheduled League Play Only, not Practices)
On rainy, overcast or drizzly days, whether or not we play is determined by the field prep person. Once they determine the field is too wet to use, they will call April and she will immediately post that the games are rained out. If you check the site and see that the field is playable, then the field is playable. It won’t help to contact your manager or any Board members. They won’t know anything more than what’s posted on the website. April won’t be logging on to add the date. No dates are needed as long as you know that the website will be kept current. If it doesn’t say the games are rained out, then we’ll be playing. Just check the website before you leave home if you are in doubt. The Umpire will determine field playability once the game has started. Thank you.
